The Company

Malinski Wooden Handles was founded in April 1994, by the partnership of business entrepreneurs Paulo Vicente Malinski and Magali Marlene Scur Malinski. Initially the company was established in the city of Curitibanos, State of Santa Catarina, South Brazil, where the company’s headquarters continues to operates.

As pioneer in the production of Tauari (Brazilian Oak) handles, at first Malinski was a producer of broom handles. However, over time the company also specialized in the production of other types of handles serving the sectors of domestic cleaning, gardening and industrial cleaning, in commercial and institutional sectors. As a result, the company became known worldwide for the variety of products in Tauari (Brazilian oak) handles, and for the quality delivered to its customers.

Recently the company built a modern factory, in the City of Porto Velho, State of Rondônia, Northern Brazil. In this new unit, Malinski has also started to produce tool handles for the construction and agriculture sectors. In addition to handles, Malinski also produces frames for sunshades, garden umbrellas and planed S4S, among other wooden products.

Established in the national and international market, Malinski now has more than 300 employees in 3 production units, with an area of more than 40,000 square meters across all units. With a production capacity of more than 2 million handles per month, the company is currently one of the largest handle manufacturers in the world market. Currently, with the start of the production of tool handles, the company has been investing heavily in the distribution of its products in the national market.

For the next few years, Malinski seeks consolidation in the tool handle industry, maintaining the same standard established in the international market.
